PDFs can often be converted into dwgs within Illustrator, these can then be imported into Revit and used to edit the wall profiles.
If Revit can't handle the complex edits then create the walls seperately and then link them to a master model.
This also makes it easier to create accurate laser cut parts, the fit is tested in the master model.
The pdf can act as a texture and be imported to the laser cutter as an engraving on the cut form.
